Focused on post-playing career resilience, personal reinvention, and building purpose beyond the pitch, this event offers honest conversations, practical guidance, and networking opportunities for those transitioning into their next chapter.

Our Panel brings together four trailblazers in Irish Sport:

  • Darren Cave is a retired professional rugby union player and pundit. Since retiring in 2019, he has transitioned into the business world with Outwalker Whiskey. Additionally, Darren shares his insights as a on platforms like RTÉ Sport and TG4.
  • Conor Carey is a former professional rugby player who has successfully shifted to a career in international trade and investment. He currently serves as the Regional Trade Manager at London & Partners.
  • Pádraic Quinn is a former international cyclist and the founder of Velotec who specialise in supplying European-made, premium-quality cycling and triathlon wear.
  • Tom Fox is the co-founder of 53Six, a sports marketing agency based in Dublin which aims to connect brands with the fans.
